"Memory fault" when PAW is executed from a CGI script

Description
When run from a CGI script PAW gave a "Memory fault" and stop. When PAW started it requires that the environment variable HOME is defined. If it is not, it stop with a "Memory fault" message. This is the case in CGI scripts: the variable HOME is not defined.
