Contour with constant histograms

Description

The following command doesn't work when the histogram 3 has the Z minimal and maximal values equal.
v/cre x(1) r 0.1 contour 3 ! ! x
Workaround: do the plot only if ZMIN and ZMAX are different. ZMIN and ZMAX can be retrieve with $HINFO.
