`~` in `PI/PRINT` file names

Description

~ in PI/PRINT"gif" file names produce:
PAW > pict/print ~/www/f2/jun20/mass.gif *** Break *** Segmentation violation TRACEQ. In-line trace-back still not available.

Fixed in: PAW 2.09/12

Workaround

Use full path name.
