PAW and X11 emulator

Description

When PAW is used via some X11 emulators on PC or Mac (note there is no problem with Exceed on PC), the HIGZ window appears on the display, the message "Version 1.25/05 of HIGZ started" appears, then...nothing! you never get a PAW > prompt. It just sits there forever.
This was due to an "improvement" done in HIGZ to be sure that the window is displayed before doing graphics. This "improvement" uses the X11 function MapNotify which is not implemented properly on some X11 emulator.

Fixed in: HIGZ 1.26/00

Workaround

Use a emulator which doesn't have this problem or use an older or newer version of PAW.
