Number of colours in a palette

Description

The number of colours in a PALETTE is limited to 50. But it was possible to define a PALETTE with more than 50 elements with the following sequence:
SET NCOL 100 PALETTE 1
There was no protections and, on some machines, wrong results may be produced because some code or data could be overwritten.

Workaround

Be careful to define palette with less than 50 elements.
